Vinila Nusa Dua An Award-Winning Luxury Villa by Nakula

Wonderful way to kick of our trip in Bali. We stayed 5 nights in a three bedroom Villa (no 1) with myself, husband, sister and brother in law. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ensuites including the main one upstairs. It features a communal self contained kitchen/living area which is also air conditioned and main bedroom in same area. A beautifully manicured Villa garden and exceptionally clean pool. We did use the third room as a communal bathroom while splashing around in the pool which we did a lot of. The staff were absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us. Our breakfast was included in our stay which was plentiful - tip Nasi Goreng is amazing! They also have a water cooler you can refill up bottles ect. You will need what’s app for communication and ordering room service which is prompt and friendly. Their restaurant wasn’t open to eat at unfortunately due to Covid and still getting back on their feet. We decided to stay in for New Years Eve and pre ordered a seafood bbq which two amazing staff members came an and cooked this for us and even set it up in the kitchen for us to enjoy. The Villa was very clean and serviced daily. Tue complex is about a 15 minute walk to the main streets of Nusa Dua and mostly shaded by neighbouring resorts trees. Do take a hat though. The complex is so tidy and features such well kept plants and general surrounds. 24!hour security on site. One thing I will mention is the decking beside the pool needs some attention. But being in the tropics it probably requires regular maintenance. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Went there with my partner for a romantic trip. I often go to bali and stay at other villas. Therefore, when I stayed at Vinila, I could immediately identify the problems there. Communication with yanik was really good when I requested for romantic dinner and other set up to be done. What makes us so disappointed is the service. We stayed for 3 nights with bathrobe available only for the first night. We only had swimming pool towel for 2 nights. No restock at all! There were no place to hang swimwear after swimming. Here comes the funny part on breakfast. We ordered American set twice. During the first day, we were given 2 sausages each. On the last day, we were given 1 sausage??? So, what\'s the SOP? Here comes the funny one. During the day of checkout, after I solved the bill, they did not ask for the villa key to be returned and I almost forgot to return them! After realizing it, I quickly U turn back to return it. Security there were not helpful either. No one helped in taking our luggage onto the car, they were just staring at us. We went out till 5am in the morning, when we arrive back to the hotel, there were no one at the security post and reception. I had to keep shouting for someone and still no one responded. After 0630, I then called reception and finally someone answered! It was really so ridiculous having to find someone for more than an hour! Last point that was really weird was that all villas are equipped with 3 bed rooms, therefore when you book a 1 bed room villa, they would lock the other 2 rooms. I would rather be paying for a compound that I could make full use of. Look at all other villa resorts, they have a 1, 2, 3 rooms villa and customers paid for the whole compound, not part of it! Overall, location private, Vinila really needs to train their staff better. People who often stayed at top notch villa with the price can definitely tell the differences with the services and amenities in the villa. Maybe if you had a big group of family, we would recommend it. But if you are a couple or you are very particular about service, then maybe this place is not for you as you could get better with the price paid. I also would like to thank Ibu Yanik for all her help and fast correspondence. Regretfully, we did not get to meet when I was at Vinila but I appreciate your help.

Frühstück war leider nur begrenzt. Es gab nur 3 Gerichte zur Auswahl. Es müsste mal eine Generalsanierung stattfinden. Liegen teilweise defekt, Holzterasse abgenutzt jnd Bretter loose. Mobilar schon etwas älter. Ansonsten hervorzuheben die Freundlichkeit und der Service der Mitarbeiter. Der war tadellos. Bisschen ungewöhnlich das die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief, hat aber funktioniert. Zur weiteren Erkundung Motorroller absolut notwendig. Alles in allem hat es uns gefallen, der Pool war super.

Breakfast was great, pool clean, only complaint would be pool towels that had a funny stench. pool towels to be washed regularly.

Villa: Penthouse The penthouse villa was spacious, beautiful, clean, and had one of the most comfortable beds I\'ve ever slept on. There were ample spaces to just relax and hang out with friends (e.g., a rooftop area, a large living room, dining room, and poolside). Amenities are cleaned and replenished daily. The staff Putri and Rama really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. They were exceptionally caring, and considerate - often providing ways to enhance our trip with information, small necessities and acts of service. There was also a wide variety of menu items for dining within the villas. Full disclosure: There is normal wear and tear around the villa (e.g., water marks, chipped paint, scuff marks). The management also does some pest control around the area for the comfort of the guests - so there may be bodies of insects in outdoor areas. WiFi may also be spotty in some areas of the villa. Overall, these did not bother me nor my friends, nor detract from the wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Vinila Villa. The service was excellent from start to finish. Every staff member was attentive, friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Putri and Cynthia were outstanding and made sure all our requests were handled quickly. The villa itself is huge, very relaxing and the private pool was a great size and kept clean throughout our stay.

Hotel sangat menjaga kebersihan. Menu makanan hotel oke banget. Kebersihan parkir optimal. Harga sesuai fasilitas.

The laundry there lost pants. For villas priced above 4 million and above, they should be able to record when the laundry was done, what clothes/pants and what type so that there is evidence when the villa cooperates with an outside laundry. Really disappointed that the pants were lost. Where are the good pants again.

The property needs renovation as soon as possible. Doors/sliding windows of the villas do not close or open. The property is not cleaned, there is dust almost everywhere. One of the bathrooms was leaking water and every time we flush the water it was making a terrible noise. It’s a shame because the Vila is amazing and we can notice that it was built for luxury but there was no maintenance and probably Covid just made it worse. Something about the hotel service, don’t ask them for transfers, they tried to charge me 1.8M for something that I paid 500k, 3 times more. On the positive side, the breakfast is very good, but it’s not buffet. I asked an additional pancake and I paid for it.

Amazing luxury in the heart of Nusa Dua. Fantastic pool, plentiful amenities and super friendly staff. Would highly reco Incredible luxury with an amazing pool. The staff were incredible and super friendly with lots of good advice on where to go and places to eat out. The location was also great and close to the nearby shops and restaurants. The general comfortability was also fantastic, with amazing beds, clean toilets, plentiful amenities and a great overall villa layout. Breakfast was also delicious. Nothing I can think of.

Staff is very polite and attentive, the villa is clean and pool is beautiful. You can tell from certain parts of the furniture it’s a bit worn out but still great value for money nonetheless.

The location is remote. There\'s nothing nearby; to buy anything or eat, you have to drive at least 15 minutes. You can contact the hotel staff via WhatsApp. They usually reply quickly and will try their best to accommodate your needs.

We stayed here for a week, whilst in Nusa Dua for my brother in law\'s wedding. 6 people, me, my wife, mother in law, sister in law, and my two kids 6 and 3. The staff were amazing with my kids. It is a beautiful and special place. The staff are kind, friendly, and went to exceptional lengths to assist us and make sure that we were able get everything ready for the wedding and that our stay was enjoyable. We had daily breakfast, served in our room, which was always a treat. The Indonesian Breakfast is great. The beds are comfy, the ceilings are really high, and bathrooms attached to all three rooms of our villa. The Villa has self-contained cooking facilities and laundry can be sent out for few dollars a kilo. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. There is a coffee shop and a Circle K, a short walk away. Like most of Nusa Dua, unlike you have a scooter, it\'s a short ride into town, but this is the same all over Nusa Dua. It\'s about $3 AUD or 35,000 IDR in an air-conditioned Blue Bird Taxi. The grounds are maintained and there is 24 hour security. The villa is exceptionally safe and clean. On the day that I left. I had to leave a suitcase to be put into storage. I organised a driver to collect my case and take it to storage. Staff went above and beyond in helping me get this sorted. We will be back again to relax and recharge at this Villa. Thanks again to all the staff.

\"Perfect accommodation.” I spent my last day in Bali at Vinila. The accommodation was much better than what it looks like in the photos. It was spacious enough for 8 people, and they brought an extra bed, which was practically a whole new bed! All the staff were friendly, and even though check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at noon and didn’t have to wait long thanks to their quick cleaning. The beach, reachable in a 15-20 minute walk from the accommodation, was incredible. It was such a beautiful beach that we didn’t even need to go find Padang Padang Beach. We even saw monkeys at a nearby convenience store. The pool at the accommodation was clean, allowing us to enjoy swimming both during the day and at night. It was such a great place that I can\'t even write everything down.

The villa is very nice, well worth it. The location, service, and cleanliness are also excellent. I have no regrets staying here at all.
